I am a PhD student in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at the Centre for Digital Music (C4DM) and the Prepared Minds Lab.I hold a Master's degree in Psychology (with a focus on Neuropsychology) and a second Master's in Data Science and Big Data Analytics.

My research lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, bioacoustics, and animal cognition. I am particularly interested in developing AI-driven tools to facilitate communication with animals, enhancing our understanding of their cognitive and affective processes. 

 Currently, my PhD research explores AI-driven vocal interactions with chicks. Using their vocalisations as a primary proxy, I investigate how early acoustic experiences influence behaviour. My goal is to develop an adaptive system that responds dynamically to their calls, with potential applications for improving welfare.
